We are in Hove, actually! We are located within the Free Spirit Somatic Therapies Centre on Church Road- a calm, professional space well suited to focused learning.

Drawing on Brighton's independent spirit, our massage trainings are designed to take you on a journey.

Brighton Massage Tutor

Cristina Gri

Cristina is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness instructor based in Brighton. Cristina graduated in massage in 2014 and has since built a successful practice, working with a diverse range of clients.

Since 2015, Cristina has been providing massage to children & adults with complex neurological disabilities at Chailey Heritage Charity in Sussex- work she finds deeply meaningful and inspiring.

Fascinated by the incredible intelligence and adaptability of the human body, Cristina is a lifelong learner who loves sharing her knowledge and passion through teaching.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her exploring nature with her border collie Cima, hiking, gardening, listening to music, or heading to a live gig.

Train: Hove and Brighton rail stations are within a reach.

Bus: Many major bus routes around. Use the Brighton & Hove Buses journey planner.

Parking
There is no on-site parking at our Hove venue. We are within Controlled Parking Zone N, so restrictions apply from 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday (inclusive).

Norton Road Car Park is a short walk. Paid parking. £1 per hour.
