        Pushing blood the opposite way (down) to encourage it into the feet and hands is never good right? Just had a thought since we are always pushing blood to the heart butt she hasnt got enough in her fingers or toes, haha

            Hi Nicky, first, most important to to set enough pillow for this person so his/her head rests really fully and comfortably on the cushion. I would work on improving the flexibility of the kyphosis. In terms of the neck, a lot of traction.

              Hello Hannah, I wish I would know an exercise to give to here. One of the problem is that... I don't know what is the reason she has that circulation problem. Stress? problem with her autonomic nervous system? Once knowing about the problem, then I would do some search and read more about it if you I don't know. This is a wonderful way to learn more...

                                Hi Dror, Unfortunately I got hit with Covid last Monday and today is the first day I'm testing negative. So I've been unable to do any massages so far! I should be able to manage 2 or 3 this week but not sure I'll manage all 4 sessions before we meet again at the weekend. I'll do what I can to catch up

                                            Just gave my first today! I was a bit nervous and forgot a few things, it was very helpful the feedback received. I'll do better next time but I'm happy overall about the first time as a Massage Therapist.
