Hi Hannah, Sprain is a damage to ligament. Ligaments connect bone to bone accross a joint. Strain is a damage to a tendon. Tendons connect Muscle to bone. So, sprain affects more joint.... I know that also strain, but a lot less...
Hello Dror! Studying hard :) I know that we have talked about this before but I still have a doubt about this question that appears quite frequently in the exam... Are strains (for me no) and sprains conditions that affect joints? For me sprains affect joints but not directly. I don't know if it is considered as a correct answer when we have to underline the answers?
