Hi Dror, I gave a massage to a client who is quite overweight. It was difficult for her to turn over on the table into supine position - it took longer than usual and she became a little breathless. Would you tend to avoid turning someone who is overweight over? Thanks
The best way I found on these situation is as follow:
Start with a face down, then ask the client to sit on the edge of the table, then ask them to turn face up.
This way, you are simplify the turn and make it easier for the client.
