Hi Dror, I just wanted to double check the correct answer for the question "what is stored in the marrow cavity of long bone in adults?"

Is it just yellow bone marrow or red bone marrow too? The notes seem to suggest yellow and red is stored in the epiphysis but Google is telling me both.
