Just to let you know that I am running a free Zoom webinar this Wednesday. Sorry, I will not be able to record this session.

Title: Creating a safe space for your client.

We will start by exploring the link between creating a safe space and the parasympathetic nervous system. (we are not going into the APP of it, don't worry).

Once we understand that link, we will find out few areas we can improve the safe space we provide to client through:

1. Physical space: the room, light, sound, setting and more.

2. Therapeutic relationship: empathy, consultation, 'contain the client', rapport and more.

3. Quality of touch: non judgmental, supportive, 'positive and hopeful', and more.
