Posting a client medical history on behalf of Mandy:
"Female. Age 38.
Smoker. No exercise.
Allergy to Anti-Inflammatory's
DVT in lung in 2002 (warfarin, heparin)
Asthma as a kid, still comes & goes - inhaler
Injection for varicose veins in legs, 2020 (inserted 'foam' into veins)
Colonoscopy (for diarrhoea++), query IBS but negative
Car accident 2013 - hurt neck - physio
Currently on Sertraine & beta blocker Propanol
Says she feels physically well."

    Client has history of low blood pressure.

    In past month, client admitted to hospital with extreme pressure in left temple area - referred to neurologist - ongoing!

    Spoke again with client, to clarify few finer points......all good for a relaxation massage, if I do the legs I shall keep the strokes very light, but may just focus on neck, back & shoulders......no more than moderate pressure....feel comfortable at this stage with this

      I would suggest on the leg to have the 'indirect approach'- apply techniques that do not put a direct pressure on the legs. Those are oscilation, rocking, shaking ect. These are really goof for the lower limbs in such situaiton. you can also apply some stretches....
