Lalith Wijedoru

I am originally from Sri Lanka, born and raised in Hong Kong, and completed secondary school in Beijing.

I am a wellbeing consultant, with a specialist interest in staff stories to support employee mental health and wellbeing.

As someone trained in Western medicine with a strong background in both South and East Asian traditions (ayurveda, yoga, tai-chi, meditation, acupuncture), I have a unique perspective of different approaches to health and wellbeing.

Out of the five Love Languages (Chapman), my two dominant languages are: spending quality time; and touch. I think that massage beautifully combines both of these. I therefore want to do this massage course to refine my practice of giving and receiving love and compassion as a healing medium.
