I was really impressed with Helens professional, Kind and knowledge on the subject she is learning. I have spent a few years teaching the subject so was very pleased that Helen not only had the Knowledge she had most importantly the right physical approach to massage. her clients will be very lucky to receive treatments from her when she qualifies.

I have massages quite regularly so have a good idea what works for me. Helen was welcoming and warm. She was very clear about what to expect from the session and was conscientious sbout the environment I was having my massage it, which was warm and relaxing.
I found Helen’s technique ideal for me. She had listened to what suited me in terms of applied pressure and this was really noticeable when I could feel muscles relaxing.
She was very thorough with her technique and I felt she had concentrated on all areas of my back and shoulders where I felt tension and knotting.
Overall I felt that Helen had delivered an exceptional massage which I felt was my most definitely in my top five of great experiences.
