Lovely massage room, Frederico was patient and was able to get rid of a lot of tension during the sports massage. Will definitely come back when I need it.

It was a great massage again, and I was impressed by Fred's expertise because when I mentioned issues I had with my hand due to office work, he immediately knew what to do and applied some treatment to the area that was definitely helpful and have not had the pain return since then.

Fred did a great job releasing tension from my shoulders and neck. He knew exactly where the problems were and used appropriate techniques to gradually ease the tension. Great work all around.

Very professionally, put me at ease. Assessed my requirements and listened to my comments. Massage was very good - pressure was just right and very relaxing. Checked throughout to make sure all was good. Slightly ached the next day as Frederico advised but soon wore off. Very good first massage would recommend and definitely book for another massage. I suffer from lower back pain and stiffness in right shoulder. The message helped both areas.
