Adeel Saleem

Excellent massage by Mr. Adeel Saleem.

I liked how Adeel was patient and gentle with me and created a relaxing environment. He was professional and used good oils and lotions.

I thought the presentation was good and to a high standard.

Things I would work on:

- explain the type of massage given/ strokes or flows used and ask whilst into the massage what the client thinks about the massage pressure and how the massage is going (I know this will come once the different pressures are learnt)

- offer the client a drink/ refreshment before starting (I know this didn't apply in my case but for future clients)

- use varying pressures as needed.
