This seemed an extreme situation. Can I show you all in class how to deal with it? It might be a question of how to set the head rest, how to use an extra pillow and more adaption.
Also, if all of those failed, it might be better to give the client neck massage while she is facing up. We haven't done that yet, but this will solve some of the problems.
Also, and this goes beyond what you will learn in that course, is to put this client on a side lying position. Side lying is a great position and cane solve a lot of those issue. Its very comfortable and you can do all techniques in that position. More about it in class. Just remind me to see if I can help you in class.
