Jamie is an experienced massage therapist and massage teacher. She has a thriving practice in Bristol, where she applies holistic, remedial, myofascial release and sports massage to a range of clients. “I take clients from the initial consultation, through to aftercare, devising a treatment plan designed for each client. Each treatment is designed on several different factors to include the client’s health, fitness and personal needs”, says Jamie.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Jamie earned a bachelor's degree in environmental education from Michigan State University and worked as an environmental education coordinator and in human resources. Jamie has two children and a dog, “a source of constant teaching, learning and compromising.”
Jamie, why massage?
