•    Find a space on the floor where you can lie down
•    Put the chair in front of you, the back of the chair away from you
•    Lie down facing the chair and put your legs on the seat of the chair
•    Hold this position for 5-15 minutes every day. 

Watchpoints

  • If you neck feels stressed, you may need a pillow under 
  • Ensure the hips and knees are at about 90 degrees
