      Use a big-screen computer (laptop/desktop). Mobile devices have a screen that is too small.
      Download Zoom https://zoom.us/
      Be sure you are on Mute once you join
      It’s good to see all, please share your camera if you can
      Be sure you are in a quiet room, with good light, better to use an external microphone (not a must)
      · Bring the class notes for the subject, papers, and pen.

                          Hi Sherine, Not really. you can add a very short client feedback, but this is not an important part. Yes, clients' satisfaction is important, but most time, the clients' feedback is 'massage is good', which does not really help. Later in the course, we will learn how to get the correct feedback from clients, but for now, I don't want to put an emphasis on clients feedback. You can add it, but short, and I am not going to focus on that.

                                    Hi Helen! Thank you! It was a great first weekend for a great course ( I am sure). Most times, there will be only one webinar per month, but sometimes there will be two. The calendar is fully updated with all the lessons. See you today at 6.15 pm.
