Missing Vastus today, think I've pulled something in my upper back, or technical term where it could be is maybe the cervical vertebrae, can't quite move my neck as normal, feel so stiff, it's like it's coming from my shoulder blades and lower neck, can't get a massage till Sunday, doh!
Very challenging, I found there was a few things I forgot to check with my table and just felt a bit like my consultation could have gone better, I missed some things. but during the massage I was pretty relaxed
