Hello Daniele, i belive they said to keep this deails as blank. just make a note eg case 1 so you know whoes details are under case 1. That is what i have done hope i have done it correctly.
I have a question about the Client Consultation Form: as for privacy reasons it's been said we can't write full names or mobile numbers and give it to the school, what are we supposed to actually write on the form about the client's personal details? Initials only? Last 4 mobile number's digit? Email? Thanks
