Hey guys, so I did practice two massages. From the first feedback was told to push a bit harder on the muscles as the client felt I was a bit light, I realized I have been a bit conscious wether am putting too much pressure that I forgot to ask if that's what the client preferred. I was told am able to target the muscles but didn't put pressure to release the tension. I manage to last half an hr excluding the prep and booking time.
second time manage to last an hr including pre time and I was able to remember to put more pressure and ask if the pressure was more or less than what the client wanted. so I feel great about that, downside to the second feedback was the room being a bit cold and I didn't put enough effort like I did on the first time with lighting, heating, humidifier and soft music..I now realized this does make a really big change to the start of everything.
Am still working on my postures as I get really achy but I realized its something I have to learn everyday. So I have been doing a 5 mins posture everyday to help me get used to it..
