Hey guys,

before I forget, here's the link to 'The Concise Book of Muscles' by Chris Jarmey. I use it all the times to study, review and with clients too :)

I have the second edition, which it's enough for our level of learning. I think the following editions include additional information that we were saying with Dror, are a little too much (for us!).

You can find second hand ones for about £8 on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Concise-Book-Muscles-Chris-Jarmey/dp/1905367112/ref=sr_1_3?adgrpid=59005558731&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9dbItui35gIVFODtCh1iHw2uEAAYASAAEgLeXfD_BwE&hvadid=259114350685&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=1006565&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=8526786575977278239&hvtargid=kwd-295916404682&hydadcr=11029_1788814&keywords=the+concise+book+of+muscles&qid=1576418469&sr=8-3

Hope you find it helpful :)
