The practice day went well, thanks Dror.
I did want to ask about a client I had recently who said she gets cramp in her calves quite a lot and she got cramp a few times during the treatment. What is the best thing to do in this situation? Is it better to leave the area? Should I work on the muscle that is tightening/cramping or something else?
