Hello, I know we haven't covered massaging hands but i am massaging someone who has really bad circulation to her hands, even a bit of cold can make at least half her fingers white and its very painful. she normally just tries to put her hands in her armpits or breaths on them but it doesnt really help that much. Is there any technique i can show her that would help this at all for when its happening? Also writing it here to help me to remember to ask it next in person class.
