  • Enjoy it! Don't think much now about the person you give the massage (lets call him/her a client), but concentration on how to enjoy the touch, how do you feel once giving the massage, what make you enjoy it and what's not.
  • Your posture: remember to have a wide stance, move your torso from one leg to another (see the video below)
  • Follow the shape of your client body: have your fingers soft and 'accommodate' your client's body shape.
  • Have long massage strokes, think about different direction, different depth and speed
  • Again, enjoy it! If you don't, no one else will enjoy for you.
