Hi Dror, massages at home are going well thanks. I had one client fall asleep but I used percussion at the end, just really gently at first, as a way of bringing her round gently. Seemed to work! One question I have is, when we find knots in trapezius or elsewhere, should we be aiming to massage until the knots have gone completely? This can be difficult if the client finds it too uncomfortable so I have just done what I can. Time can also be an issue as there might not be enough to get knots out in that session. Thanks for any advice on this. See you all tomorrow!

Good to hear your question Liz. Knots will not disappear in one session! Its a bit of a myth...Its difficult to know exactly what happens to knots once massaging them. I believe is that its good to work on the knots, but don't aim to make them go away. Over a longer time, knots will reduce in size or intensity. This is not pure science. However, most people will report that they feel better (less pain, more movement) after working on their knots.
There is still a lot to think about....

Hi Dror, I've just had the same problem as Giovanni. I followed your link, filled in my email address then when the form came up and I clicked to choose what homework I'm uploading, it doesn't show me any options, just 'No match' or something similar. I also tried to see if my homework would upload and it said it couldn't upload the file.

      Any ideas?
      Thanks :)

      Really enjoyed the experience.
I could feel a good energy in Liz's hands, which feel also very warm.
Also, I found interesting, powerful and relaxing her way of following the music while massaging.

Really enjoyed my massage. I found it very relaxing and was yawning all the way home.

It was all pretty smooth and soothing. The slightly firmer pressure in the middle bit of my back was just right. Could have maybe been a bit firmer with my shoulders, but it felt like it definitely did me some good.

      Thank you!
