This one day workshop is designed for complete beginners.It usually attracts those who are considering applying for the massage diploma course and those who like to have fun learning to give massage for family and friends. Most of the day  at our massage therapy school will be spent practicing massage so prepare your hands! Bring a friend/partner (special offer for two or more) or come on your own.

What to expect on the day?

A lot of massage! First the tutor will give a clear demonstration, then you will be supervised to improve the quality of the massage you give. 
Most courses are filmed at our massage therapy school so you can replay the class’s video at home to reinforce and refresh your learning (DVDs are free).

Learn how to give simple and effective massage
Relax while receiving massage
Learn the healing power of relaxing others
Learn to use massage oils
Talk to graduate massage therapists about the experience of taking the massage diploma course and working as a therapist.
